Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 jalapeños sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a pan and cook seasoned chicken until golden, then remove.
  2. Cook onion, garlic, and jalapeños in the same pan.
  3. Add broth and scrape the pan.
  4. Stir in cream and cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Return chicken and coat with sauce.
  6. Add shredded cheese and cover until melted.
  7. Simmer until chicken is fully cooked.

Notes

  • Adjust spice by reducing jalapeños
  • Use thighs for extra juiciness
