Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1/2 red onion sliced
  • Fresh basil
  • Parmesan optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and grease pan.
  2. Season chicken and place on pan.
  3. Mix balsamic, oil, and honey; pour over chicken.
  4. Add vegetables around chicken.
  5. Bake 20–25 minutes until cooked.
  6. Rest, garnish, and serve.
