Ingredients
  

  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped celery optional
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion optional

Method
 

  1. Boil and chop eggs
  2. Drain tuna
  3. Mix tuna and eggs
  4. Add mayo, mustard, lemon juice
  5. Season and mix well
  6. Chill and serve
