Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Season and sear chicken until golden
  2. Remove chicken and sauté garlic
  3. Add tomatoes and cook until soft
  4. Pour in cream and stir
  5. Mix in pesto
  6. Return chicken and simmer until cooked
  7. Add Parmesan and serve
